Funny!!!!!

Hey ya'all! Another day couped up indoors.... ARGH!
Kim came over to discuss life..... and we did! But, no major conclusions! We had some laughs, and shopped e-bay.
Boys are rowdy, but not too many complaints.

It's a party.....

"Summer vacation is a party!"
My kids have proclaimed. Staying up late, eating late supper, and not bathing everyday.... Yep, even sleeping in the living room with tons of blankets! YIPPEEE! They are having a hay-day....


Me, well, I am trying to keep them from wrestling and hurting each other. Swinging bats, and golf clubs, and flying balls have proved to be dangerous in the back yard. So, injuries are bound to happen no matter what! They are having a great time! We got out their tent to play in yesterday.... they proceeded to smash all of the tent poles..... it went to the dumpster within a couple of hours. BOYS!!!! They are so rambunctious! ARGH!


We went for a long bike ride with Angie yesterday while Jeffey had a nap. Boy, I am feeling it in my thighs.... no pain, no gain, huh? Oh, my lettuce is up, and can't wait to eat some! I did get my tomatoes and cukes in the ground before the rain. Jeff has yet to get his in, as they must harden off first... Some of my iris are blooming, and can't wait until the red ones bloom, they are my favorite ones.


Well, bought our tickets for a Rockies game on the 10th of June. We are planning a trip to the zoo, and to Casa Bonita's. I have never been to any of these places, and am pretty excited! I have only been to the downtown (old) airport. My Ma said, yes I have been to the zoo as a baby. Hmmm, guess it's time we go to Denver. Jeff hasn't been either, so an adventure awaits us! YEA! Any suggestions for places for us not to miss while there?????We will leave whenever Jeff gets in from work, and stay only a couple of days.


Okay, Jeffey is making brunch. I told him to try to make it low-fat...... we will see!

Hmmmm, vacation goes too fast!

Hiya!

Whew! What a fast four days I have had! Since Monday, I have helped my Ma with cleaning the cabin, and worked on lots of other projects with friends. I made bracelets for the kids teachers for thank you gifts. They really loved them.... And I had fun making them. I also finished up a bunch of other odds and ends. Most avoided working inside the house! I love to work on my yard, and it needs lots of work this year. Things are really overgrown, and need divided. Please come with your gloves and I will share some stuff with you. I have purple cone flowers, hens & chicks and some white liatris, and lambs ear. I think there is more, but need to access my moving things around.

Anyhow, we went to Rapid yesterday and spent way too much money in H.L.! I had a great time and loved the company! We ate good, laughed a lot, and got rained on. It was fun..... kids had a great time with Papa playing games and ect. Today, they went fishing for a while with Papa, while I pulled weeds and put on pre-emergent. They caught several fish, too! Jeffey went to work this afternoon, and let me have a nap since we didn't get home from Rapid until 1:30am! Whew! POWER SHOPPIN'!

Can't wait to do it again!

Track & Field Day!

Andy & Matt brought home many ribbons for 1st to 5th places. Our boys are really fast runners! They both got lots of 1st places in running. They must get it from their dad! Tee hee! We are proud of them!

Our weekend.....

WE HAD A GREAT WEEKEND! I spent Friday night with my family, chillin' and planting garden stuff.

Then on Saturday, we went to Grandma's and the kids stayed while I met up with some gal-pals at the cabin. We scrapped, laughed and ate! Had a few margaritas, too! Gosh, it was so fun.... can't wait until the next one. THANKS GIRLS.... I love my friends!

Jeffey stayed home and hung out in his garage and watched the neighborhood... Then went to work!

I woke up to CRAMPS! Yep, ya know it! Just when I am going to have a fabulous day with my family and friends..... off to the cabin after lunch. YIPPEEE!


So, off to the office to pack my stuff for the scrappin girlfriend getaway!
