Okay, we are getting serious again about weight loss! I didn't lose a thing this week.... it was because of the birthday we had here. SO, back to the old grind... must exercise EVERY day, and watch every morsel that goes into thy mouth. Nope, I haven't been doing this so great the last week, but changes are headed this way. SO, I must go exercise RIGHT now, or else ;)

Becky, you had a good loss last week so don't be discouraged, you know what you need to do so just jump back on the wagon. With spring here there isn't anything we can't do that we set our minds to. Thanks again for the beautiful bracelet. I have had many compliments.
ReplyDeleteDon't be discouraged. Some weeks are slower than others. By the way, what types of exercises are you doing? I've always been a runner-type, but hubby is helping me get started on an arm workout and also yoga. My problem is just finding the time to get it all in when I'm already SOOO behind on other stuff. Looking forward to this summer because we're considering not doing anything but having fun all summer long. It will be our first summer with BOTH of us off work if it all pans out. Whoooo!
