You Missed IT!

Yeppers, we had quite a good time being pampered by Chef Marisa....
We had a yummy taco salad trifle, fantastic bellini's, and strawberry-lemon trifle....
SO GOOD to have great friends, great food, great laughs!

Strawberry-Lemon Trifle

Ingredients:
4 oz. cream cheese
1 C. lemon yogurt
2 C. milk
1 Pkg, instant lemon puddin' (3.4 oz.)
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 1/2 C sliced fresh strawberries
1 Tbs. water
1 prepared angel food cake

How ta do it:

Beat cream cheese, and yogurt. Add milk, puddin' mix, and lemon peel. Beat until smooth
Tear cake into bit size pieces; place a third in trifle bowl, top with third of puddin' mix, and place strawberries along bowl neatly. Place chopped straws on top of that layer.  REPEAT.  Then top with sliced strawberries....Chill.....then overendulge!
