YEE HAW! Back on the diet.

Okay, I checked into the lap-band surgery and the insurance will pay for it. BUT, the prerequisites must be met. Those being: 100 lbs overweight, 40 BMI, AND a Dr.s observation of 6 months of weight loss struggle. So, the plan is to get started with the DR. observation. I am thinking that I can loose the weight that way. I will be held accountable. I have a bad thing.... called stress-eating. I eat to feel better subconsciously. UGH! UGH! UGH! It is so hard being me......
